²⁸ Some of them were responsible for the vessels used in the liturgy, and they would count them when they were brought in and taken out. ²⁹ Others were assigned responsibility for the furniture and all of the other things used in the sanctuary as well as the flour, wine, oil, incense, and spices. ³⁰ Some of the priests were responsible for mixing the spices in the ointments.
